1. I have changed my mind about my purchase – can I return it?
Yes, you can! Things change and we understand that! If you would like to return your products, you can do soÂ within 4 days of receiving them and ask, either for a refund or an exchange. The fine print? The products have to be unused, in their original packaging with their tags attached. However, the handling and shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of returning / exchanging products lies with you – exchanging products will be handled like a new order.
The refund/exchange will be handled within 7-10 days of us receiving the returned products.
2. The products I received are damaged
While we do our best to ensure that the products are shipped in order, nobody is perfect! Of course, you will receive a refund / exact exchange (if available). Please get in touch with us immediately and we will process your request as soon as possible. Please note that products that were damaged while unpacking or after being used are not considered faulty and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
3. I received the wrong products
Whoops, our apologies! We will sort out the mixup immediately. Please keep the products in their packaging and get in touch to arrange for us to exchange the delivery for what you ordered (if available), of course at our cost.
For cash refunds, please send your banking details to us and we will process the return within 7-10 days of receiving the returned products.
5. Can I come to you and return / exchange my order personally?
Absolutely! Our office is located at 6 Greenways Drive, Kommetjie, 7976, Cape Town, RSA. Please ensure you make an appointment before hand.
